What is NatureMapping?

In a nutshell, NatureMapping is recording and reporting the plants and animals you see - in your backyard, schoolyard, on your way to work, or enjoying a walk.

In short, anytime you can pinpoint your location and take good field notes, we want to hear from you!

NatureMapping is modeled on a successful program in Washington state (CLICK HERE to visit their NatureMapping web site).

Also of interest is a web course that Dr. Charles Peterson is constructing for Idaho State University, called NatureMapping Idaho Amphibians & Reptiles.
