Rocks and Minerals

The Rock and Mineral collection contains approximately 300 specimens from Idaho and the Intermountain West. Two donations of private collections, the Fujii Collection and the Thiel Collection, have greatly enhanced the collection. The collection is central to the Museum's exhibits and educational programs.
